When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

I can’t wait to have him return next month to complete the installation of my other light fixtures!

I was very impressed with the quality of work the technician did, he came and finished the job even after 8:30pm in the dark evening. I was so glad he was able to get my power restored that night. Then I discovered that my water heater wasn’t working properly and he came back the next day and found the problem and replaced the wiring with new cable . Once he turned on the power to the water heater it started heating again. I was so impressed because he did it in just a few minutes tops. Including finding the problem and replacing the wires. Great customer service. I’d for sure use them again in the future

Customer service lady was fantastic on phone Russell was excellent he first arrived at my House like John Wayne had cowboy hat went over everything at my outside electric panel top notch explained everything about codes and updating our system went over all warranties did a excellent job . Wanted some electrical work inside gave me an estimate checked over everything very experienced guy. He also looked over my 4 camera security system wanted installed outside also gave me estimate on inside work and 4 cameras installed. He again went over everything and I agreed to a Price for camera system installation he also talked to his boss Chris on phone he gave me great price Off on service and check our panel system smoke detectors clean out lint was excellent customer service by Sparky’s . He informed Mr Zach B would arrive to install my 4 camera System. Excellent service guy he and me worked together all 4 cameras working and he did an excellent job cleaned up went over everything. I’m very pleased with both your service technicians top notch .
