Prompt, polite, very professional. Took time to give a precise estimate and explained things in details. Whether you use them or not the experience just getting the estimate was very positive. Still deciding if I can afford to do the things I want and need or if I have to postpone till funds are more available but they gave me options also. Overall an excellent experience.
Booked their 70 point electrical inspection for our house. Jason Howell with Mr. Sparky arrived on time, was very courteous, and took time to explain findings from the inspection in detail. He even had a few treats for our dogs which was certainly appreciated! We ended up replacing and hard wiring all of our smoke detectors and CO monitors for what I think was a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs.
