Nathan was incredibly talented and was very good in his role as an electrician!!! The job of installing my ceiling fan on a very high ceiling was no problem with him, he had all the tools to do the job the same day!!! He was the best!!
Our experience with Mr Sparky was 5 star from top to bottom. The people answering the phone were friendly and helpful. Garrett came out and was very thorough and personable. He explained everything in detail and we had total confidence in him. The installers (Eddy, Caleb, and Matthew) were so friendly and clean. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and going over the work at the end. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and would use them again in the future.
Mr Sparky was a great company to work with from start to finish. Matt and Eddie were my techs and were professional, thorough, gave me a full rundown of the work they did, and had a great attitude despite getting caught in the rain. 10/10 absolutely!
He appeared to be very knowledgeable of his trade, and did a great job. On another note, he noted a few breaker panel issues not meeting code, after pointing out that we should have a licensed electrician replace our surge protector. He also pointed out our present breaker panel main breaker should be relocated to the outside wall. He gave me 3 different quotes for various upgrades for these panels and I felt all were very high. I do plan to followup with the original electrical contractor for quotes from them, before proceeding.

Despite the unexpected timing, he handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. He made sure everything ran smoothly, provided clear instructions, and Nathan was very knowledgeable about the process.
