I cannot say enough positive things about all of them. Specific to my meeting with Jamie and Mr. Sparky, it was fantastic. Jamie as kind, affable, patient, answered my myriad questions, made appropriate recommendations that suited my unique situation, and (as I keep noting in my reviews) was wonderful with my dog. Punctual, informative, kind, and a litany of other positive adjectives. All the work I've had done by Benjamin Franklin and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning so far has been top quality and I have the utmost confidence that Mister Sparky will match that level of quality and professionalism in spades.
