"Dispatcher was able to send a repairman same day for a modest upcharge. Once he arrived, I told him the troubleshooting that I had done and he checked the system, repaired the problem with a minimum of time. Will definitely use them again if the need arises."

"Brett did an excellent job discussing my options and helping me decide on a resolution to my issues. He was friendly, considerate and extremely pleasant to work with. Although electrical bills are always a sticker shock, approximately a year or so ago, I had some electrical work done by another company and Mister Sparky was probably in alignment with the other company I used. It was an expensive service but probably about the same as some of the other corporate, electrical operations out there. My technician, Brett, was very experienced, skilled and knowledgeable about his trade."

"We called Mister Sparky late in the afternoon and were scheduled an appointment for the following morning between 10am and noon. The electrician arrived promptly as scheduled. He was quickly and accurately able to identify the issue we were having. He explained the problem to us very clearly as well as the repair that was needed and provided us with an estimate, which was free of charge. We felt he was very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot)! Went the extra mile to contact my pool retailer about a crucial bonding part not included with the pool. Explained how to operate the equipment they installed and cleaned up well after themselves. Responsive and helpful office personnel. Highly recommend and WILL use them again."
