Prompt, same day reply to my online request for an estimate for installing a portable power generator connector box to my circuit breaker panel along with required circuit breaker connections. Kent sent me an estimate by email along with some photos of the outdoor circuit breaker panel. However, I would have preferred that the estimate was more detailed showing both the cost of each part, the labor time to install them, and clearly state the hourly labor rate. Instead, the invoice only showed a total cost of each service item with no way to know the breakdown. Based on that, I could not accept the estimate which I felt was higher than my research had estimated. I did appreciate their prompt service response and Kent is a knowledgeable service electrician.

We were in need of repairs/replacement/removal of outside wiring and outlets that control exterior lighting. We were contacted by Mr. Sparky through an Angi request. Their Agent, Mr. Andrew Manson, arrived at the agreed upon date and time and proceeded to assess our home's electrical needs, based on its age and visual inspection. We appreciated the assessments but opted to any focus on the immediate repair needs. Mr. Dawson was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough, and he completed the job in the same day. Performance of the system within the first 24 hours met our expectations. We will contact Mr. Sparky again for future electrical work if needed.
