Our Technician Sam was awesome. I’ve had other electricians try to resolve these same issues previously. Sam came in, got right to testing and diagnosing the issues, and resolved them. The other electrician were trying to sell me much more expensive full rewire and panel replacement. While I may wish to rewire some rooms down the road, Sam got everything working and stable in a couple hours. I couldn’t be more impressed. He even fixed issues that I had written off as lost causes until major work was going to be done.
We are still bidding out this work.
