When I contacted Mr. Sparky's company on marketplace, I wasn't pretty sure about what I'd get but as it is, they were outstanding professional young men. The general manager that came out was very professional and friendly, and my cat loved him and she doesn't love anybody believe me they did their job outstanding They put up all my light fixtures took down can lights and put up lighting in place of it and you can't even tell it was done ! From the moment we called Mr. Sparky of Conroe, they treated our situation with utmost urgency and care. The entire team went above and beyond, not only addressing our electrical issues but also working closely with our insurance company to ensure that everything was handled smoothly. We had some challenges with our insurance company being difficult to work with, but Meghan and the administrative team at Mr. Sparky were truly incredible. They went above and beyond to handle the situation, constantly staying in communication with the insurance company, and never once did they put pressure on us as customers. It was such a relief to know that they had our backs with the payment process while still getting the care and service we needed. Two ladies with flickering lights and power cutting off.. and I called Meghan who was the sweetest and was so understanding that we were very concerned at 6 o’clock at night!! She got in the phone with Eli our technician who was out here in less than an hour!! He was so professional and explained things at my level!! I cannot say enough great things about Mr Sparky and Meghan and Eli!! I am so overwhelmed with the amazing service!! I highly recommend this wonderful team!!
