great... Help ! my 200 Amp main panel breaker siezed in the 'on' position & I can't budge it ! my main panel is not longer short circut protected ! Matt did EXACTLY what I needed & what was necessary... very accessible & cogenial electrical tech was very open, talkative and informative . I learned something today from Mr Sparky courtesy of matt.. not every electrical safety device is suitable for every circut type.. over protection is just as troublesome & failure prone as underprotection .. Matt also offered a couple of upgrade suggestions I may take them up on later when the next big check arrives !
