Service & Repair Electrician
A Service & Repair Electrician expertly services, repairs and replaces a variety of electrical systems, while maximizing lead opportunities. You will focus on technical excellence while adhering to the guiding principles of Mister Sparky®. You will strive for 100% customer satisfaction and conduct your daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity, while displaying a positive and professional attitude.
An apprentice will train to become a journeyman electrician. You will possess the skills necessary to perform intermediate electrical skills including, installing outlets, smoke detectors and a variety of indoor and outdoor light fixtures. You will troubleshoot basic circuits, up to the electrical panel and install basic telephone wiring, cable television and door bell systems.
Client Care Representative
A Client Care Representative takes all incoming client calls relating to new electrical services. Since this is a front-line client position, providing an enthusiastic first impression to the client is essential to your success. You are also responsible for assisting in the dispatch of all scheduled and maintenance calls, debriefing electricians after each call and are committed to a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
The Administrative Assistant provides office coordination from answering the telephone, assisting in accounting activities, compile call run, average sales, closing ratio and agreement renewal reports for the Manager. You will have general office abilities that will include, typing, filing, faxing, shipping and other administrative duties as required.
